Requisition Number: 234940 Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage a sourcing strategy by partnering and collaborating closely with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leadership to attract high-quality candidates for the organization.Key Responsibilities Include:Developing, implementing, and managing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market research and industry insights to attract high-quality candidates.Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize processes as needed.Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.Building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and long-term communication with passive candidates.Identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization through various channels such as social media groups, talent communities, professional networks, and referrals.Manage EasyApply job postings, driving additional candidates to the automated staffing system, and always aligning with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives.Skills/QualificationsRequired:High School Diploma/ GED; bachelor’s degree preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internetPreferred:Experience with Affirmative Action plansProficiency with major sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed1+ Years prior sourcing experienceBenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
