AV Installation Technician (Commercial / Construction)

We’re working with a reputable AV integrator and are looking for an experienced AV Installation Technician to support ongoing commercial and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Install and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5/6, fiber, speaker wire, etc.)
\n
• Mount and install AV equipment including displays, speakers, cameras, and racks
\n
• Assist with rack builds, device installation, and system setup
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and AV drawings
\n
• Work on active construction sites in coordination with other trades
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Experience in commercial AV installation or low-voltage construction
\n
• Strong understanding of AV systems and infrastructure
\n
• Ability to read prints and follow scope of work
\n
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and active job sites
\n
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a team environment
\n

Nice to Have:

\n
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, or similar systems
\n
• OSHA certification
\n
• Prior experience in corporate, conference room, or high-end installations
\n
