A walk up the Tomboy Road in Telluride

The Tomboy road is so simple and beautiful. If you are in need of some sun and exercise, breathtaking views, this will do perfectly. It is a never-ending pitch and the faster you go, the more you will get a great workout, that is if you can stop taking photos every few minutes! I particularly like it in the spring, when there are very few vehicles if any, passing you. This road eventually ends up in Ouray, CO. More on Ouray to come at some point. There are several jeepers and jeep touring operations that climb this pass but not in the spring as there is deep snow up there still and is not passable. At the beginning there are a few homes along the right side of the road and the farther up you go, there are a few private cabins that boast some of the world’s best views, no exageration.
